In February, Annie revealed that she and David are finally taking steps to start a family. The 90 Day Fiance star shared a clip of her husband during his sperm extraction. She later revealed the good news that her husband’s sperm quality and quantity were both great. Annie later underwent her procedure by undergoing egg extraction, which ended up being successful. However, the Thai native recently revealed worrying news about their journey.

In an Instagram post, David shared a clip of his wife eating ramen after an appointment at the fertility center. According to the 90 Day Fiance star, they were told that Annie has to have surgery on April 24th to fix an “abnormality.” David Toborowsky didn’t exactly share the main problem. But he thanked his followers for their continued prayers and support. He’s also positive that they’re in good hands, and the delay may only take a few weeks. “This will delay the embryo transfer by a few weeks but we know we are in amazing hands with @drboostanfarivf and the entire team @hrcfertility @annie_suwan_toborowsky,” he said.
